We have the pleasure of offering for restoration, this very Early Suffix A Range Rover (with the round fuel filler) for sale which has a chassis number in the first 2000 made which makes it very rare and worth improving.
Incredibly, this Range Rover has had just one previous owner in its 50-year existence.
Structurally, this Range Rover is in very sound condition with no major corrosion but it will still need work to get it to a perfectly reliable condition and therefore should be looked at as a project or rolling restoration.
We would suggest that the engine would need to be overhalled, the braking system checked and the outer wing on the passenger side reattached.
The interior is OK but this could be retrimmed and improved relatively easily depending upon your requirments.
